About
Hello! My name is Kairis and I am a 26 year old printmaker, illustrator and nerd!
Graduating from Herron School of Art + Design in 2021, I now attend local events alongside pop culture conventions selling my artwork and creating one of a kind pieces for you to enjoy!
My work currently focuses on the fantastical, character creation and storytelling while my art in the past has depicted my struggles with mental health and my journey to a better support system!
Now, about me outside of being a creative!
My favorite color is baby pink as of right now! It's hard for me to pick a favorite color because I enjoy them all for their own reasons. I have a bunny named Omen who is my best friend and loves running around and cuddles while I create! I'm engaged to my best friend and number one supporter after six years together. We both push each other to do better and be the best versions of ourselves everyday! One of my favorite things to do in my free time (when I'm not creating anyways) is to play Dungeons & Dragons and create characters and stories for them in a world where anything is possible.

Commissions
I. Payment
-Payment is now 100% upfront
-Methods of Payment Accepted are: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal/Kofi.
-Turnaround times vary because of my event line up and traditional job. Expect to wait anywhere from 2 weeks-4 months depending on the time of year!II. Refunds & Cancellations
-Refunds are NOT available once work has started as I cannot regain that time spent.
-Ghosting me at any time during the commission process will result in your commission either being put on hold until I hear from you again, or in special circumstances- result in me completing the work and submitting it with its intended batch order (applicable to charms/keychain lanyards). This will result in a “Get What You Get” policy. For this to happen ghosting timeframe would be at least a week from when I lasted messaged you with an update! No refunds will be given if I have to follow through with the “Get What You Get” policy! Please stay in contact with me as your artist when I’m working on your commission!
-Canceling: Please discuss with me if you need to cancel. I would like to work things out if we can!
III.Custom Designs
-You may NOT resell my designs to anyone who is on my blacklist. Doing so will result in me taking back the design and blocking/blacklisting those who do so.
-You may NOT resell my designs for more than their base value unless new work has been added to them!
-You must own a toyhouse to own one of my designs!IV. Custom Charms & Keychain Lanyards
-Shipping costs are NOT included in their pricing. When placing your order, please let me know your State and ZipCode so I can calculate a shipping price for you!

V. Artist’s Rights
-I have the right to refuse a commission!
-My work is not to be put through AI or to be used as N/F/Ts. Finding out you have done so will result in a block and blacklist.
-I have the right to post your commission on social media unless asked otherwise.
VI. Commissioner’s Rights
-Commissioned work is for personal use only! Commercial usage can be discussed.
-You may post your commission online as long as you credit me: The Crow’s Heart.
-You may not edit or otherwise change the commissioned work on your own.
-You may not make merchandise or advertise using my work unless artwork was made under commercial use. A single sticker/poster/charm is okay as long as it’s for YOU/ PERSONAL USE.
